Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, cold calling, and referrals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
Conduct meetings, presentations, and product/service pitches to prospective customers.
Support the achievement of monthly sales targets.
Gather market intelligence on competitors, industry trends, and customer needs.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions in CRM.
Assist in organizing promotional events, campaigns, and exhibitions.
Provide regular reports and updates to management on business development progress.
Requirements:
Min GCE ‘O’ level & bilingual
Preferably with experience in Beauty Industry but not necessary
Must able to converse in Mandarin in order to liase with Client/counterpart.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work under minimal supervision.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools will be an advantage.
