Responsibilities
Achieve monthly petrol mart targets set by the company.
Review and plan petrol mart promotions efficiency.
Achieve sales targets and profit by customers.
Cultivate strong relationships with customers.
Conduct sales analysis and determine action plans.
Execute nation-wide mechanics and in-store promotions that is aligned with Key account & Trade Marketing team.
Negotiate with customers for more displays space. Achieve better product facings and aim for segment grouping.
Identify opportunities and gaps in the marketplace and supervise the merchandising team to improve in-store execution and product presence.
Lead and coach the merchandising team on company strategy & maintain merchandising standards
Work closely with Key Accounts team to execute monthly promotion plans
Unique Critical Attributes
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Possess class 3 license with own vehicle
