As part of our ongoing expansion, we're looking to hire 3 x Admin to join our growing team. Positions available in both Singapore and Malaysia
Job Responsibilities:
Handling a variety of administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments
Providing administrative and clerical support to the team, including managing correspondence and handling inquiries
Assisting with the preparation of documents, reports, and presentations as needed
Maintaining and updating office records and databases
Supporting with event planning and coordination
Handling basic bookkeeping and financial tasks
Providing a high level of customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
Previous experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably within the Administration & Office Support industry
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task and priorities effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and friendly demeanor
Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Attention to detail and a keen eye for accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
