As part of our ongoing expansion, we're looking to hire 3 x Admin to join our growing team. Positions available in both Singapore and Malaysia


Job Responsibilities:

  • Handling a variety of administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments

  • Providing administrative and clerical support to the team, including managing correspondence and handling inquiries

  • Assisting with the preparation of documents, reports, and presentations as needed

  • Maintaining and updating office records and databases

  • Supporting with event planning and coordination

  • Handling basic bookkeeping and financial tasks

  • Providing a high level of customer service to both internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably within the Administration & Office Support industry

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task and priorities effectively

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and friendly demeanor

  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Attention to detail and a keen eye for accuracy

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
