Responsibilities

• Establishment of high-performing distributor partnerships in APAC.

• Increased market penetration through distributors.

• Successful execution of regional marketing campaigns.

• Long-term, trusted relationships with distributor partners.

• Strengthened brand awareness and market presence in the region.

• Identify, acquire and onboard potential new distributors across APAC region.

• Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Min Diploma in Electronics Engineering.

• With sales experience in electronics components, preferably in passive components.

• Self-motivated and culturally adaptable

• Strong communicator with relationship-building skills

• Entrepreneurial mindset with customer focus

• Skilled in decision-making and project management

• Knowledgeable in APAC markets, digital tools, and product strategy.
