Basic knowledge of Calibration
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and secure new business prospects within the calibration and metrology field.
• Manage tender, quotation, and proposal submissions, ensuring our offers remain competitive and compliant.
• Possess solid technical understanding of ISO 17025 standards and workflows.
• Drive market growth by spotting emerging sectors and potential channel partners; develop market-entry plans and marketing initiatives.
• Handle tender procedures, including government procurement platforms and routine GeBIZ tracking.
• Prepare sales updates, pipeline reports, and forecasts (experience with Salesforce is beneficial).
Requirements
• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Proactive, results-driven, with strong analytical abilities.
• Quick to learn, meticulous, and detail-focused.
• Strong negotiation and presentation capabilities.
• Regional market exposure in Southeast Asia is desirable.
