We are seeking a Sales Manager for our client in the industrial manufacturing sector. This role is pivotal for driving their international market expansion. We are open to considering both experienced professionals and motivated fresh graduates for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business growth.
Manage and expand the existing client base and distribution channels.
Conduct client presentations, trainings, and lead project management.
Prepare budgets and management reports.
Extensive international travel (approx. 50%) is required.
Candidate Profile:
Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering.
For Experienced Candidates: Minimum 2 years of experience in an industrial field, preferably in forging/casting. An existing client network is highly valued.
For Fresh Graduates: We welcome applications from high-achieving fresh graduates. A structured 3-month training program will be provided. Please note that the offered salary will be adjusted from the standard package for this position.
Strong strategic planning, communication, and negotiation skills.
Understanding of engineering principles and processes is an advantage.
Fluency in English and Mandarin is required.
