Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage production schedules to align with customer demands while optimizing efficiency and minimizing downtime.

• Lead, train, and motivate a multidisciplinary production team, creating a workplace culture centered around safety and quality.

• Ensure product quality by upholding strict engineering standards through rigorous quality control and continuous process monitoring.

• Identify process improvement opportunities, applying lean manufacturing principles and methodologies to enhance productivity and reduce waste.

• Oversee the allocation and maintenance of machinery, tools, and materials necessary for production, ensuring optimal utilization.

• Enforce health and safety policies to maintain a safe working environment in compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Manage production budgets and monitor costs to implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality or delivery timelines.

• Collaborate with engineering, quality, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure seamless operations and timely product delivery.

• Prepare and present regular reports on production performance, key performance indicators (KPIs), and improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in production management in the precision engineering sector.

• Demonstrated success in implementing lean manufacturing and continuous improvement strategies.

• Strong knowledge of CNC machining, CAD/CAM software, and advanced manufacturing technologies.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Experience with ERP systems and production planning software.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with great attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

• Adaptability to manage multiple priorities and possess a results-driven mindset.

• Strong organizational and project management skills.
