Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, organize, and file project documents, correspondence, and reports.

  • Maintain and update registers for drawings, submissions, and technical documents.

  • Ensure proper version control and filing of all project records.

  • Track and record material deliveries, stock movements, and usage based on site updates.

  • Coordinate with site teams, storekeepers, and the procurement department for material documentation.

  • Assist in basic quantity surveying tasks such as quantity take-offs, material summaries, and progress claims.

  • Support daily project administration and ensure timely submission of documentation to clients or consultants.

  • Ad hoc tasks when required


Requirements:

  • NITEC / Diploma in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or related field.

  • Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in construction; entry-level candidates will also be considered.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, organized, and detail-oriented.

  • Able to work independently with minimal guidance and under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
