Responsibilities:
Prepare, organize, and file project documents, correspondence, and reports.
Maintain and update registers for drawings, submissions, and technical documents.
Ensure proper version control and filing of all project records.
Track and record material deliveries, stock movements, and usage based on site updates.
Coordinate with site teams, storekeepers, and the procurement department for material documentation.
Assist in basic quantity surveying tasks such as quantity take-offs, material summaries, and progress claims.
Support daily project administration and ensure timely submission of documentation to clients or consultants.
Ad hoc tasks when required
Requirements:
NITEC / Diploma in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in construction; entry-level candidates will also be considered.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, organized, and detail-oriented.
Able to work independently with minimal guidance and under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
