Import Customer Service Executive - #1123241

The Opportunity:

• Responsible for end-to-end export coordination from documentation to shipment tracking.
• Engage directly with customers to ensure smooth export processes and timely updates.

The Job:

• Act as single point of contact for Airfreight Import
• Manage internal and external customers for the movement of import shipments
• Follow up on urgent shipments pro-actively
• Liaise effectively with different level of stakeholders like Warehouse / Operations / Billing / Sales
• Ensure that customers' expectations are being met and mapped in SOP
• Regular Business Review with Customers - MBR or QBR
• Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by Immediate Superior

The Talent:

• A good command of English
• Minimum diploma required for this position
• Able to work with different levels of stakeholders
• Able to work on weekends if required
• Experienced in Airfreight Import
• Able to use Microsoft Excel for Reporting
