Position Title: Tyre & Battery Specialist
Salary: $2,300 per month
Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 6:00pm

• Saturday: 8:30am – 5:00pm

Job Summary

We are looking for a competent Tyre & Battery Specialist to handle all aspects of tyre, battery, and wheel alignment services. The role requires strong technical knowledge of automotive systems, attention to detail, and the ability to perform diagnostic checks to ensure vehicle performance and safety standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform 4-wheel alignment using computerized alignment equipment.

• Conduct tyre installation, balancing, rotation, and repair in accordance with manufacturer specifications.

• Replace and service automotive batteries, including testing and load checks.

• Perform vehicle inspections and preventive maintenance, identifying any potential issues.

• Support basic diagnostic testing and fault identification when required.

• Maintain proper tooling, equipment calibration, and work area cleanliness.

• Record all service and maintenance activities accurately in the job card or system.

• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and workshop operating standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in tyre, alignment, or battery servicing.

• Strong understanding of tyre specifications, wheel balancing, and alignment procedures.

• Basic knowledge of automotive electrical systems and battery diagnostics.

• Ability to interpret diagnostic readings is an added advantage.

• Possess good mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting ability, and attention to detail.

• Physically fit and able to handle workshop equipment safely.
