QA Engineer (Chemical/Mechanical/Chemistry/Material Science) - #1123187

Our client is a manufacturer of specialised resin-based materials for the semiconductor industry and high-performance plastics. Their products include epoxy moulding compounds used for semiconductor packaging (to encapsulate semiconductor devices), as well as die-attach pastes and liquid epoxy resins for semiconductor applications. Currently, they are looking for a QA Engineer to join them.

Job Details:

• Basic Salary: $2800-$4500 (depends on experience)

• Working Hour: Monday to Friday (8am-5.30pm)

• Working Location: Senoko (Near to Sembawang)   

• Transport provided from Jurong and Tampines area

Job Description:

• Responsible for handling customer quality issues and continuous improvement activities of the Company products and processes.

• Liaise with process department on quality related issues to follow-up on effective corrective/preventive actions.

• Required to carry out activities such as process optimization, benchmarking, etc through various statistical tools and software.

• Handle external body audit in accordance to TS & ISO requirement

Requirement

• Degree in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science or equivalent.

• Willing to travel overseas

• Willing to work overtime when needed and travel overseas and on short notice (on average 2-3 x per month)
