Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support:
Assist in preparing sales quotations
Process sales orders and ensure timely delivery or follow-up.
Follow up with customers on order status, payments, and inquiries.
Process and manage sales orders and invoices.
Coordinate with internal departments (production and finance) to ensure timely delivery.
Administrative Support:
Handle office correspondence (emails, phone calls, etc.).
Maintain filing systems and manage office supplies inventory.
Prepare invoices and documentation.
Support Purchasing or other duties as required.
Skills Required:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Basic knowledge of sales and administrative procedures.
Attention to detail and customer service orientation.
Qualifications:
Preferred: Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
Experience in a similar dual-role is an advantage.
