The Regional Account Manager (South East Asia) shall oversees the strategic Affiliates & Client relationships and drives business growth across multiple countries in the region.

Overview

The Regional Account Manager (South East Asia) acts as the primary liaison between the company and its Affiliate & key clients across countries like Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, and the Philippines. This role blends account management, business development, and customer relationship management to ensure client satisfaction and revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with regional clients.

• Serve as the main point of contact for escalations and strategic discussions.

• Business Development

• Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts.

• Collaborate with sales teams to expand market share across the region.

• Strategic Planning

• Develop and execute account strategies tailored to regional market dynamics.

• Align client goals with company offerings to maximize value.

• Performance Monitoring

• Track KPIs and account performance metrics.

• Prepare regular reports and forecasts for senior leadership.

• Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work with logistics, supply chain and operations team to ensure service excellence

• Any other duties assigned by the Company

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

• ·Minimum 3–5 years of experience in account management or regional sales, prior experience in Industrial or Electronic gases is ideal.

• Proven track record of managing multi-country accounts and achieving revenue targets
  Skills & Competencies

• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

• Excellent communication in English for communication with internal and external English-speaking stakeholders
