Key Responsibilities:
Develop and source alternate suppliers to mitigate supply risk upon receiving RFQs from internal customers.
Conduct supplier audits and periodic supplier performance reviews to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
Evaluate suppliers and manage supplier risk, including resolving supply issues (cargo damages, shipment delays, payment verification, etc.).
Negotiate contract terms and draft/fine-tune agreements for management decision-making.
Process daily purchase orders, coordinate order amendments/spec changes, and ensure compliance with purchasing protocols.
Prepare summary reports and handle ad-hoc requests as assigned.
Focus on cost reduction and minimizing price increases without compromising quality or compliance.
Experience & Skills:
Minimum 4 years relevant experience in an MNC, preferably in the electronics industry.
Experience in supplier audits, supplier evaluation, and risk management.
Demonstrated team lead potential, with strong attention to detail and a collaborative working attitude.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work under pressure with a sense of urgency.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Basic working knowledge of SAP system is an advantage.

Proven ability to work collaboratively and support team objectives.
Interest in process improvement and problem-solving.
Aptitude for mentoring and guiding junior staff (if applicable).
