Accounts Executive
Responsibilities:
Handle Accounts Payable (AP) – process supplier invoices, payments, and reconciliations
Assist in Accounts Receivable (AR) – prepare customer invoices, record receipts, and follow up on outstanding payments
Support General Ledger (GL) data entry, journal postings, and month-end closing activities
Prepare GST reports, management reports, and audit schedules
Assist in inventory reporting, stock take activities, and invoice financing documentation
Maintain supplier and customer master data in Epicor ERP system
Liaise with external auditors and provide supporting documents when required
Requirements:
Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent
1–2 years of relevant accounting experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with Epicor or other ERP systems is an advantage
Meticulous, organized, and able to work under supervision in a fast-paced environment
Good teamwork and communication skills
