An expanding chemical manufacturer, MNC is hiring for an Sales Executive to market and expand business for their Personal Care and Home Care ingredients products.
Responsibilities:
To develop new business by identifying potential sales opportunities and by following up new leads and sample requests.
To visit customers to explain, promote, recommend products and provide technical support within designated markets and region
To negotiate the best achievable commercial agreements and to develop and implement short term plans for product sales.
To report promptly on business in the designated market, identifying any threats or opportunities as they arise.
To gather data on market prices and competitor behaviour and provide feedback to the relevant Sales & marketing teams.
To maintain and grow business by developing appropriate contacts within the organisation (technical, marketing).
To ensure all customer issues/complaints are resolved within the relevant system and responses fed back to customer.
To assist in the promotion of new and existing products by attending exhibitions and undertaking marketing
Requirement:
Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or Biochem
Min 3-4 years of experience preferred
30% of business travelling
Experience in chemical industry, in Personal Care or Home Care
Excellent interpersonal skills, can work independently
