Senior/Recruitment Consultant

Location: Jurong East
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: Competitive basic + uncapped commission + performance bonus + quarterly increment

The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle — from developing client relationships and sourcing top talent to negotiating offers and closing placements. You’ll have the freedom to build your own client base, supported by a collaborative and ambitious team.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates

• Managing the full 360° recruitment process

• Writing and posting job adverts to attract top talent

• Conducting interviews, screenings, and candidate assessments

• Negotiating offers and managing the hiring process through to placement

• Meeting and exceeding personal and team targets
