Key Responsibilities
Support the full project lifecycle – from planning, scheduling and budgeting to on-site execution and post-event review
Work with internal stakeholders, external vendors and contractors to ensure smooth coordination and timely delivery of project milestones
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and recommend corrective actions
Assist with project documentation, budget tracking and procurement of materials or services
Oversee on-site setup and dismantling to ensure adherence to quality standards and brand consistency
Support physical marketing and brand activation campaigns
Perform ad-hoc duties or assignments as required by management
Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Events Management, Marketing, Interior / Spatial Design, Business or related field
Minimum 2 years of working experience in project coordination, events & exhibitions, product launches or spatial / environmental design
Structured, organised and strong attention to detail
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Willing to travel overseas
Work Schedule: 5.5 days per week (alternate Saturdays)
Added Advantage
Ability to read basic floor plans / technical drawings
Familiarity with Excel, PowerPoint and design tools (SketchUp, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite)
