Key Responsibilities

  • Support the full project lifecycle – from planning, scheduling and budgeting to on-site execution and post-event review

  • Work with internal stakeholders, external vendors and contractors to ensure smooth coordination and timely delivery of project milestones

  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and recommend corrective actions

  • Assist with project documentation, budget tracking and procurement of materials or services

  • Oversee on-site setup and dismantling to ensure adherence to quality standards and brand consistency

  • Support physical marketing and brand activation campaigns

  • Perform ad-hoc duties or assignments as required by management

Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in Events Management, Marketing, Interior / Spatial Design, Business or related field

  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in project coordination, events & exhibitions, product launches or spatial / environmental design

  • Structured, organised and strong attention to detail

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

  • Willing to travel overseas

  • Work Schedule: 5.5 days per week (alternate Saturdays)

Added Advantage

  • Ability to read basic floor plans / technical drawings

  • Familiarity with Excel, PowerPoint and design tools (SketchUp, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite)
