Key responsibilities
Content Creation & Management: Develop and produce engaging content (text, photos, videos) for various social media platforms, ensuring it aligns with brand identity.
Strategy & Execution: Create and implement social media strategies to meet business goals, manage campaigns, and use advertising platforms to increase brand awareness.
Community Engagement: Interact with followers, respond to queries, and monitor customer feedback to foster a strong online community.
Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends, platform updates.
Qualifications and skills
Education: A diploma on Marketing, Communications, or a related field is often required.
Experience: 1–2 years of experience in social media marketing or digital advertising is common.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with social media platforms like Meta Business Suite and TikTok Ads Manager. Experience with design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite can be a plus.
Content Skills: Strong copywriting skills and a knack for creative content creation.
