Job Description:

• Design and develop architectural plans and specifications for buildings and structures.

• Collaborate with architects, civil and structural engineers, and other professionals to ensure designs meet safety, functionality, and aesthetic standards.

• Conduct site inspections and supervise construction to ensure compliance with design specifications and regulations.

• Prepare cost estimates, material specifications, and project schedules.

• Research and implement sustainable design solutions and innovative construction technologies.

• Ensure all designs comply with local building codes and regulatory requirements.

• Participate in client meetings, provide technical advice, and respond to design queries.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering, Architecture, or related field.

• Professional certification or license (if required in the country of practice).

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in architectural design, construction, or related projects.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other design software.

• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction materials.

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

• Knowledge of sustainable and green building practices is a plus.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
