Role Summary:
Responsible for the design, coordination, and implementation of mechanical systems such as ACMV, plumbing, and fire protection. Ensures projects are executed safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with design specifications and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Design, review, and implement mechanical and ACMV systems for building or industrial projects.

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure all project requirements are met.

• Conduct site inspections, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems.

• Prepare detailed drawings, technical submissions, and reports.

• Monitor project progress, budget, and quality to meet contractual obligations.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical or installation issues.

• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in M&E or construction projects.

• Strong knowledge of ACMV, HVAC, and plumbing systems.

• Proficient in AutoCAD or other design software.

• Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
