We’re looking for a sunny, charismatic, and highly organized Customer Service Specialist / Receptionist to be the first and last smile our patients see. This is more than just a front desk role — you are the heart of the patient experience, ensuring every visit is smooth, warm, and memorable.

What You’ll Do

• Be the friendly face greeting patients warmly upon arrival and ensuring they feel cared for

• Handle calls, emails, and messages fluently and professionally in English and Mandarin

• Manage appointments accurately and efficiently to ensure smooth daily operations

• Assist with patient check-ins, payments, and inquiries with a customer-first approach

• Monitor clinic supplies and coordinate re-ordering

• Maintain a tidy, welcoming front counter at all times

• Support the team with administrative tasks (photocopying, scanning, scheduling, etc.)

• Help organize monthly team meetings and internal events

Who You Are

• Warm, approachable, and genuinely enjoys helping people

• Well-spoken and presentable, with a positive, can-do attitude

• Organized and detail-oriented, able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

• Fluent in English & Mandarin (spoken and written) to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients

• Computer-savvy, comfortable using office systems and payment terminals

• Qualification: ITE, diploma, or equivalent
