Responsibilities

• Warmly greet every customer to build strong, lasting relationships from the moment they enter the store.

• Deliver a memorable and personalized customer service experience that reflects the brand’s values.

• Strive to achieve sales and KPI targets set by the Store Manager.

• Uphold all brand standards, including personal grooming, visual merchandising, and packaging, in line with global guidelines.

Requirements

• 3 years’ experience in beauty or retail.

• A genuine passion for customer service and a customer-centric mindset.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport and form relationships at all levels.

• Singaporean citizens only.

Salary : $2200 to $2800 basic + commission + attractive benefits
