Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement best practices for vehicle delivery in collaboration with the Sales team
• Maintain accurate and timely delivery records in the CRM system
• Manage documentation and prerequisites for vehicle registration
• Coordinate pre-delivery and delivery paperwork with Sales and Operations teams
• Prepare customer loan and registration documents to support successful delivery appointments
• Host delivery appointments and conduct personalized new owner orientations
• Ensure compliance through accurate record keeping and form generation
• Support the Sales Manager in daily delivery center operations and customer service excellence

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive industry / supply chain coordination / B2B coordination
• Valid class 3/3A driving license required
• Able to work on one weekend per week
• Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate multiple systems
• Proven team player with experience managing external vendor relationships
