Chef de Partie – Singaporean or Permanent Resident

Your Role & Responsibilities
Oversee and manage your assigned station: preparation, cooking and plating of dishes that reflect our fusion concept.
Collaborate alongside the Head Chef and team to develop seasonal/creative specials and ensure consistent execution of menu items.
Maintain elevated standards of quality, presentation, hygiene and food-safety compliance.
Support and mentor junior kitchen staff as part of your growth trajectory within the brigade.
Contribute actively to the kitchen environment: efficient service, positive teamwork, and ongoing interest in learning.
Candidate Profile
Must be Singaporean or a Singapore Permanent Resident (PR).
Ideally 1–3 years’ experience working in a comparable kitchen environment, demonstrating proficiency in hot-kitchen operations.
Strong interest in the interplay of Spanish and Japanese cuisine — you enjoy pushing boundaries, refining technique and presenting beautifully.
A team-oriented professional who is motivated, reliable and eager to grow with our company.
Comfortable with a young-spirited yet professional work setting; you appreciate structure, high standards and an atmosphere which encourages creativity.
