About this role: As the Events & Marketing Assistant Manager, you will be the driving force behind Mr Bean’s Experience Centre — curating immersive storytelling experiences, coordinating corporate and public events, and managing marketing initiatives that bring our brand story to life. You’ll play a key role in engaging visitors, schools, partners, and media through educational tours, interactive exhibits, and product showcases.
Our current office is located in Aljunied area.
Candidate should be willing to relocate to 14 Senoko Way(Near Woodlands/Sembawang) around Early 2026.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Experience Centre Operations & Storytelling
Oversee daily operations of the Mr Bean Experience Centre to ensure an engaging visitor journey.
Work with internal teams (R&D, Production, Marketing, HR) to develop interactive displays, guided tour scripts, and visual storytelling materials.
Train and guide part-timers or guides on brand storytelling and customer engagement.
2. Events & Partnerships
Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate visits, educational tours, workshops, and special events.
Liaise with schools, government agencies, tourism bodies, and media for partnerships and group visits.
Manage event logistics, setup, and post-event evaluation to ensure smooth delivery.
Collaborate with corporate partners or vendors for co-branded events or product showcases.
3. Marketing & Communications
Support the marketing team in promoting the Experience Centre through social media, digital campaigns, and press coverage.
Develop content (photos, videos, stories) showcasing events, product innovation, and visitor experiences.
Coordinate with design and production teams for promotional materials, signage, and collateral.
Track and report marketing effectiveness and visitor engagement insights.
4. Brand Experience & Engagement
Ensure the Mr Bean brand is consistently represented across all experience touchpoints.
Collect visitor feedback to continuously enhance storytelling and experience quality.
Contribute creative ideas to integrate new themes (e.g. sustainability, local heritage, soy innovation).
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Events Management, Tourism, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in events management, marketing, brand experience, or visitor engagement roles.
Strong project management and organizational skills, able to handle multiple events and timelines.
Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling, experiential marketing, and brand engagement.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (Mandarin proficiency a plus for liaising with local visitors and partners).
Hands-on, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced F&B or retail environment.
Experience working with schools, corporate partners, or public agencies is advantageous.
