Basic Salary: $4500 - $5500

Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage interior renovation projects, including timelines, budgets, and approvals.

• Coordinate with designers, architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth execution.

• Prepare cost estimates, manage budgets, and optimize resources without compromising quality.

• Lead project teams and ensure clear communication among all stakeholders.

• Act as the main point of contact for clients, designers, and contractors.

• Ensure all work meets design specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.

• Monitor project progress, troubleshoot delays, and implement solutions to stay on schedule.

• Provide regular updates and reports to clients and management.

Requirements:

• Able to travel to project sites and work evenings or nights to oversee progress.

• Knowledge of construction materials, techniques, and industry best practices.

• Experience in managing commercial interior renovation or fit-out projects.
