Job Description:
Greet guests, distribute and explain guest cards and lunch menu
Handle phone reservations
Clear plates and replenish cutlery
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the restaurant
Perform any other duties as assigned by the Restaurant Manager
Requirements:
5-day work week including weekends
44 hours per week / shifts between 7:00 AM to 12:00 AM (transport provided for staff finishing at 12:00 AM)
Rotating shifts
Hygiene certificate is a plus
Must be loud, bubbly, and energetic
Benefits:
Annual leave: 7 days with 11 public holidays off in lieu
Dental coverage: $200 per year
Variable bonus: Targeted at 10% of annual package
