Our client, a well-known company is looking for candidates for the position of Import & Export Coordinator.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Coordinate all aspects of import and export operations, including documentation, customs clearance, and shipment tracking.

• Provide support to the sales team and address customer inquiries effectively.

• Maintain accurate records to ensure compliance with international trade regulations.

• Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers to streamline logistics operations.

• Monitor shipment timelines and proactively resolve any logistical issues that arise.
  

REQUIREMENTS 

• A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.

• Prior experience in import/export operations or freight forwarding is preferred.

• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) and other relevant software.
