Technician/Senior Technician (Based in Tuas) - #1122762

Job Responsibilities:

• To conduct daily checks on essential building services and record meter readings for utility services;

• To operate Building Systems and record their performance data;

• To carry out general preventive maintenance on Building Systems, including troubleshooting, defects rectifications and performing repair works as assigned;

• To attend to In-house/Customers’ requests diligently;

• To attend to Contractors including providing access, conducting site walkabouts and assisting to monitor the performance of appointed contractors;

• To assist the immediate superior in the day-to-day operations of the Buildings;

• Good Hands-on/Handyman skills;

• To be part of the Company Emergency Response Team (CERT);

• Other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned

Requirements:

• Possess minimum NITEC/NTC certificate in Building Services or M&E engineering or equivalent;

• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in building facilities and/or places of Warehouses and/or Central Kitchen;

• Ability to comprehend and follow oral and written instructions;

• Computer literate and willingness to learn and or adapt to new technology preferably with hands-on experience in Building Automation System (BAS) or Building Management System (BMS) and Chilled Water System;

• Willing to work shifts and weekends/Public Holidays
