Salary: $2,800 – $3,000 + Completion Bonus
Working Hours: Monday – Friday | 7:42 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot production machinery and plant facilities

• Perform preventive maintenance (PM) and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) for equipment

• Fabricate jigs and fixtures to support manufacturing processes

• Handle minor repair requests from various departments

• Track maintenance logs, downtime, and equipment checklists

• Conduct weekly Single Point Training for operators

• Ensure smooth operation of facilities (air-conditioning, plumbing, power, lighting, sprinklers)

Requirements

• Nitec / NTC in Electrical or Mechanical Technology (preferred)

• Hands-on experience in machinery and equipment maintenance

• Experience in a manufacturing environment is an advantage

• Strong problem-solving skills and proactive attitude
