Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
• Oversee daily HR operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and alignment with business needs.
• Administer payroll, pension contributions, and taxation in accordance with statutory requirements.
• Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS (PayBoy) system.
• Coordinate staff and office insurance renewals, claims, and policy updates.
• Prepare monthly HR reports on workforce statistics and SG&A metrics.
• Participate in remuneration surveys and conduct internal and external benchmarking.
• Support statutory surveys and ensure timely submissions.
• Administer and coordinate employee training and development programs.
• Implement and support HR policies, procedures, and initiatives.
• Contribute to group-level HR projects and tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or at least 3 years of HR experience.
• Knowledge of Singapore’s Employment Act and payroll regulations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
