Job Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new advertising sales opportunities through effective prospecting and lead generation.
Sell advertising solutions (digital, or other media) tailored to clients’ business needs.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and business partners.
Develop, present, and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Stay updated on industry trends and market developments to provide strategic insights to clients.
Deliver excellent customer service and post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Job Requirements
For Executive level: 2 years of experience in advertising/media sales or related fields.
For Senior Executive level: 3–5 years of proven experience in advertising or media sales, with a strong sales track record and client portfolio.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a flair for building client relationships.
Energetic, self-motivated, and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
A team player with strong business acumen and a proactive mindset.
Goal-driven and comfortable working in a target-based environment.
Experience with digital marketing and advertising on social media platforms is a plus.
Proven track record in advertising/media sales is preferred for senior-level consideration.
Fresh graduates or candidates with limited experience but a strong interest in media sales are also welcome to apply.
