Location: North-east

*must be comfortable to travel to malaysia for biz trips

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site installation guidance, debugging, and maintenance for customers.

• Respond quickly to customer needs, providing technical fault diagnosis, troubleshooting, and solutions.

• Conduct regular inspections of customer equipment to ensure stable product operation.

• Assist customers with product usage training to enhance customer satisfaction.

• Collaborate closely with sales and product teams to feedback market and customer needs.

• Write after-sales service reports and comply with the company's standardized after-sales service process system.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics/Electrical Engineering or related field (preferred)

• Strong knowledge of electrical circuits, power supply systems, equipment principles, and relevant safety standards

• Hands-on skills in troubleshooting, installation, commissioning, maintenance, and customer training

• Able to work independently with experience in after-sales service or technical support (preferred)

• Good communication skills with strong customer service mindset, comfortable working in cross-cultural environments
