Senior Warehouse Operations Executive - #1122755

Responsibilities:

·       Oversee daily warehouse operations, including local and overseas deliveries as well as inventory management.

·       Ensure operational effectiveness and efficiency through proper planning and supervision.

·       Collaborate with Business Units, suppliers, transporters, and customers to ensure smooth operations and timely fulfilment.

·       Monitor inventory accuracy and ensure proper stock control and documentation.

·       Prepare periodic reports for management review and decision-making.

·       Enforce workplace safety and health standards in compliance with company and regulatory requirements.

·       Develop, implement, and continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for warehouse operations.

·       Identify improvement opportunities and drive operational excellence initiatives.

 Requirements:

·       Minimum Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain Management or equivalent qualification.

·       Knowledge of or certification in Workplace Safety and Health will be an added advantage.

·       At least 5 years of relevant working experience in warehouse operations and inventory management, including team supervision.

·       Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

·       Ability to drive initiatives.

·       Good interpersonal and communication skills.

·       Working hours:

o   Mon – Fri                : 8.30am to 5.30pm

o   Alternate Sat           : 8.30am to 12.30pm

·       Company transport at Clementi MRT (one-way)
