About the role

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team in Sembawang, North Region. This is a full-time role supporting individuals in our rehabilitation and community care programmes. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a crucial part in helping our clients regain independence and improve their quality of life through tailored therapy and support.

What you'll be doing

1. Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and develop individualised treatment plans

2. Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions focused on improving motor skills, cognitive functions, and daily living activities

3. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to deliver holistic care

4. Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly

5. Document client records and contribute to reporting requirements

6. Participate in continuous professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices

What we're looking for

1. Degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent qualification

2. Current registration with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) of Singapore

3. Minimum 3 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist, preferably in a community or rehabilitation setting

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and their families

5. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to provide tailored interventions

6. Passion for making a positive impact on the lives of individuals with disabilities or health conditions
