Product Manager, Deposits/ Loans (Banking/ Financial Institution) - #1122687

Responsibilities

• Lead growth and innovation initiatives across the banking portfolio — including but not limited to deposits, credit cards and loan/financing products — to enhance customer value and business performance.

• Analyse existing products to identify improvement and digitisation opportunities that align with evolving market needs and customer expectations.

• Manage the complete product lifecycle from conceptualisation, development, and implementation to launch and performance tracking.

• Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams to refine existing offerings and introduce new products that strengthen market competitiveness.

• Drive product demand and adoption through effective marketing, promotional, and customer engagement strategies.

• Plan, coordinate, and execute product launch and publicity campaigns with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Monitor product performance metrics such as customer growth, satisfaction, and profitability, providing regular updates and insights to stakeholders.

• Continuously improve existing products, leveraging customer feedback and business insights to maintain relevance and market leadership. 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management within banking and financial services industry, with proven success in developing and launching retail banking or digital products.

• Resourceful, self-motivated, and digitally savvy individual with strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Able to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment with excellent organisational abilities and adaptability to changing priorities.
