Job Scope:

• Source and purchase materials, equipment, and services for M&E projects.

• Request and compare quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.

• Negotiate price, quality, and delivery schedule.

• Prepare purchase orders and follow up on delivery.

• Work closely with engineers and project teams to ensure timely supply.

• Maintain good relationship with suppliers and update supplier list.

• Handle material delivery issues and ensure smooth site operation.

• Assist in project cost control and budget tracking.

• Ensure all purchasing follows company procedures and safety standards.

• Support in admin and documentation related to procurement.

Job Requirements:

• Relevant past procurement experience, preferably in M&E projects.

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Supply Chain, or related field.

• Organized, detail-oriented, and keeps accurate records.

• Skilled in requesting quotations, comparing prices, negotiating, and issuing purchase orders.
