Quality Assurance QA Executive (Food Industry) - #1122647

Job Responsibilities: 

• Perform daily internal audit for retail outlets and central kitchens

• Ensure food produced is safe and fit for consumption as well as of good quality

• Ensure personal hygiene and cleanliness of food processing facilities and premises are of high standards.

• Troubleshooting of non-conformance

• Planning of food sampling, surface and hand swabs

• Provide feedback to management on how to continually improve our internal food safety management system

• Engagement with external auditor / inspector and vendors with regards to food safety and hygiene

• Updating and maintenance of food safety & hygiene manual, documents and files.

• Review, update and/or develop SOPs.

• Any other ad-hoc projects assigned by superior.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Food Technology/Food Science/Food Production Candidates with relevant knowledge, training and experience in food safety management systems like HACCP/SS590/ISO22000 (WSQ qualifications/prior working experience/internal audit courses) would also be considered. 

• Good communication skills 

• Vigilant and meticulous Self-motivated and able to work independently with high level of initiative and resourcefulness.
