                                                We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager to lead the operations and care management for person with intellectual disabilities. This role requires strong leadership, teamwork, and a passion for delivering person-centred care.
What You'll Do:
Oversee daily activities and programmes at the residential home and day care centres.
Plan and coordinate programmes that support clients’ life skills and independence.
Work closely with therapists, caregivers, and staff to ensure high-quality care.
Manage reports, records, and communication.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal standards.
Prepare and monitor budgets and support audits or reviews.
Oversee staff performance and training needs.
Lead and develop a multidisciplinary care team.
Collaborate with caregivers, funders, and community partners.
Build strong relationships to enhance service delivery and organisational goals.
What You Bring:
3–5 years of relevant management experience, preferably in disability or residential care
Degree/Diploma in Social Work, Nursing, Psychology/Counselling or relevant field
Passion for working with persons with special needs
Strong leadership and people management skills
Good organisational and administrative abilities
Knowledge of compliance and budgeting processes
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
