Key Responsibilities:

• Develop creative concepts, themes, and layouts aligned with client goals.

• Design event visuals: stages, backdrops, booths, signage, props, and 3D renderings.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners for seamless execution.

• Translate briefs into engaging designs for both digital and physical spaces.

• Present mood boards and concepts to stakeholders.

• Stay updated on design trends and event technologies.

• Manage multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Exhibition Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in event design or related industries.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and 3D design software (e.g., SketchUp, 3ds Max, AutoCAD, or similar).

• Strong understanding of spatial design, materials, and construction methods.

• Excellent creativity, communication, and presentation skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

• A strong portfolio showcasing relevant event or spatial design work is required.
