Responsibilities
Handle and maintain full set of accounts, including AP, AR and P/L statement
Manage cashflow planning and provide daily updates of cash position in a timely manner
Manage and update entries in the QuickBooks accounting system
Prepare monthly and year-end financial statements, and quarterly GST submission
Check suppliers' invoice, and follow up closely with customers for payment collection
Support year-end audit and prepare audit schedules
Assist in preparing project budgets and cost controlling measures
Maintain accounting records and documentation (e.g., filing)
Support the Sales team (e.g., track order status, inventory) and simple administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of Accounting working experience
Willing to learn quickly and adapt to changes with a good working attitude
Proficient in Accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar) is an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel, Outlook)
Good communication and interpersonal relationship skills with team and customers
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents only
Able to start work immediately, preferably
