IT Specialist (Systems Administrator) - #1122498

Job Description :

• Daily operational and technical support to end users on hardware, software and basic network issues.

• Coordinate and manage IT support activities across multiple site offices.

• ITIL with strong emphasis on Incident Management, Problem Management and Change Management.

• VMware Virtualization, Microsoft 365 Office cloud and IBM Lotus Notes / Domino Administration.

• Server / Network / Firewall Administration.

• Resolve Level 1 and 2 PC / Application Issues.

• Escalation of Level 3 Application Issues to third-party vendors.

• Adhere to internal Operational Level Agreements (OLAs) and deliverables.

• Documentation.

• Other ad-hoc assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Computer Science / Information Systems / Engineering or equivalent.

• 1 - 2 years of system administration experience in MS Windows Server Systems, VMware Virtualization, Microsoft 365 cloud and IBM Lotus Notes / Domino System Administration.

• Familiar with PC Hardware, MS Windows Desktop / Server OS, Linux, MS A/D and basic network, TCP / IP knowledge and troubleshooting.

• Certifications in Microsoft Office 365, IBM Lotus Notes / Domino, MCSE, CCNA are advantageous.
