Main Responsibilities:
- Manage building services (ACMV, electrical, fire protection, security systems, lifts, cleaning, pest control)
- Conduct site inspections, technical audits, and temperature mapping
- Supervise contractors and maintenance work
- Negotiate contracts and manage budgets
- Handle purchasing and supplier selection
- Develop security policies and investigate incidents
- Implement workplace safety programs and conduct risk assessments
- Support internal/external audits
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Building Services
- Minimum 5 years facility management experience (3 years supervisory)
- GMP standards knowledge preferred (Pharmaceutical/Healthcare/Logistics industry advantage)
- WSH Regulations knowledge preferred
- Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills
