1. Design Engineer (Electrical Design)

• Plan and assign project to subordinates including accountable for team's result.

• Lead subordinates to check and approve design drawings and documents.

• Implement Design Control functions & quality system of QMS.

• Prepare material requisition lists, design electrical switchboards, consoles and control panels.

• Prepare approval drawings, shop drawings, final drawings, circuit calculations, instruction manuals etc

• Coordinate with clients/consultants on the technical requirements and attend discussions.

• Feedback to Sales for changes of requirements by clients for claims of additional costs and time.

• Check design and shop drawings with production and advise Sales on technical matters

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering with 5 years electrical design experience.

• Knowledge in switchboard, DC-Grid, VFD Control with Azimuth Thruster, Switchgear Control.

2. Design Engineer (Mechanical / Tool & Die)

• Create designs and design carbide press tools for high precision metal stamped parts.

• Study part drawing, prepare layout according to product requirement independently.

• Complete tool design according to requirement from development to production.

• Resolve technical issues and recommend improvements on new & existing tools.

• Follow up with toolmaker on tooling during assembly and testing.

• Guidance to draughtswoman to finish the modification on simple tooling design.

• Diploma in Mechanical/Tool & Die Engineering with 3 years in Tool & Die design.

• Proficient in design software with knowledge in high speed progessive tool design.

• Ability to use AutoCAD/V6/solid works/CAD programs.
