Community Care Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager, Healthcare - #1122378

What you'll be doing

• Develop and implement community outreach initiatives, health promotion activities, and collaborations with agencies and partners

• Support strategic planning, programme design, and evaluation of community health initiatives to enhance population health outcomes

• Coordinate volunteer programmes, including recruitment, training, deployment, and engagement efforts to sustain meaningful volunteer involvement.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure alignment with organisational and regional health strategies

• Monitor programme outcomes and provide insights for continuous improvement

What we're looking for

• Degree level in Community Development/ Social Sciences/ Public Health/ Communications or related disciplines.

• 2 - 5 years of working experience in community engagement, partnerships, planning, or volunteer management within healthcare or social sectors

• Excellent interpersonal, stakeholder management, and communication skills

• Passionate about improving community well-being and driving population health efforts

• Adaptable, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
