Responsibilities:
Engage and build rapport with walk-in and online customers to understand their vehicle needs.
Present and explain car features, specifications, and financing options clearly.
Conduct test drives and demonstrate product knowledge to boost buyer confidence.
Negotiate pricing, prepare quotations, and complete necessary sales documentation.
Achieve monthly sales targets through proactive prospecting and lead follow-ups.
Provide excellent after-sales service and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Requirements:
Possess valid Class 3 driving license (mandatory).
Strong passion for cars and sales.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently.
No prior experience required — training provided for fresh entrants.
