Legal & Compliance Executive (Internal Audit & Control / Japanese MNC) - #1122349

As a member of Legal & Compliance regional team, you will assist the Regional Chief Compliance Officer and work closely with compliance managers and officers, legal members, internal auditors, finance teams and other teams in these areas: audit and related activities, internal controls, compliance promotion, monitoring and testing, case review and investigation, legal-related activities and such other activities as maybe required of the legal & compliance function.

• Assist to ensure the activities comply with applicable laws, rules and regulations and policy requirements.

• Assist to perform audit work and related activities as required.

• Assist and collaborate with Internal Audit, Finance and other teams to design internal controls and improving assisting internal controls as a preventive measure.

• Assist to design and perform compliance monitoring and testing plan.

• Support compliance promotion activities, including training.

• Assist to analyze legal documents and positions as needed.

• Assist to review and update standard legal documents under guidance.

• Track and analyze legal and regulatory developments.

• Any other tasks as assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration or Management or Commerce, or Business related Degree.

• Experience in internal audit or internal control or business process.

• Able to work as a team member and willingness to self-learn and upskill.

• Organized and detailed.

• Willing to be trained and travel overseas as and when needed.
