Responsibilities
Generate qualified leads through prospecting, networking, and referrals
Provide excellent customer service and guide clients through the property buying and selling process
Negotiate and close sales transactions effectively
Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients and opportunities
Stay up-to-date with market trends and property regulations
Collaborate with the broader sales team to share best practices and support each other's success
Ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
Relevant qualifications or certifications in real estate (CEA) will be advantageous
Proven track record in sales, preferably in the property or real estate industry
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
Self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently to achieve sales targets
Familiarity with the local property market and industry regulations
