Responsibilities:

• Execute month-end and year-end closing, including journal entries and account reconciliation.
• Prepare and reconcile complex accounts such as bank statements, payables, and receivables.
• Generate financial reports including balance sheets, income statements, cash flow, and group consolidation.
• Conduct variance analysis to identify trends and recommend performance improvements.
• Guide non-finance teams on financial and costing matters to support cost control and profitability.
• Maintain accurate cost accounting records and monitor inventory valuation across raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
• Consolidate departmental budgets into master templates, including depreciation and material usage forecasts.
• Prepare quarterly GST returns and tax schedules; liaise with tax agents and respond to queries.
• Support statutory, internal, and J-SOX audits with audit schedules and deferred tax documentation.
• Collaborate with IT and vendors to implement digital tools into finance workflows.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
• Knowledge of GST and corporate tax regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
